Hands
on attention to design and detail have always set David Clemente apart as a Lawrence homebuilder.
After studying Architecture at the University of Kansas, Clemente
realized that he would not be satisfied merely drawing
the plans. Desiring more physical control over the building
process, he started David Clemente
Construction
in 1981.
For Clemente, details really do make the
difference. Well thought out livable floor plans, handsome
exterior elevations, and custom interior moldings and trim are all
integral parts of the process, but for Clemente, the process has
an even earlier beginning - the neighborhood. David Clemente, as a
developer, has brought three distinctive neighborhoods to
